Day 1: Delhi to Agra+

Meet & Greet Services by TravelOcat driver cum guide at Delhi Airport and proceed to Agra in an Individual Vehicle.

AGRA FORT

Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The Agra fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site.It is about 2.5 km northwest of its more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal. The fort can be more accurately described as a walled city.

Day 2: Delhi Local Sightseeing+

The colossal Red Fort in Delhi was the home of the formidable Mughal emperors for around 200 years until the British took over it in 1857. The fort is not just a symbol of the popular grandeur of the Mughal era, but it has withstand the trials of turbulent times, especially during India’s most historical events that shaped the foundation of the country. This is one of the most famous tourist attractions of the national capital. The UNESCO declared the Red Fort a World Heritage Site in 2007, in recognition of its significance. Red Fort is one of the most celebrated monuments of India and is the symbol of valour and peace.

This 17th century monument is of octagonal shape and it covers around 255 acres of land. The total number of gates here is three. The royals used to enter the fort through the Khizrabad Gate that has been closed for commoners now. The Lahore and Delhi Gates are open to locals and tourists. The fort was planned to house a palace inside its campus. The Red Fort still a historical and architectural wonder.

The Lotus Temple (also known as Kamal Mandir)  in Delhi is a matchless architectural marvel and one of the prime tourist attractions of the National Capital. Shaped in the form of a spectacular lotus with white petals, it makes for a break-taking sight and attracts countless visitors throughout the year. Unlike most other places of worship, this temple or Bahai House of Worship does not allow ritualistic ceremonies and has no fixed pattern to conduct worship.

The Qutub Minar is a brick minaret built in 1193 by Muslim conquerors of Delhi. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of Delhi’s most visited tourist attractions. At 240 feet (73 meters) high, it’s also an impressive engineering feat—all the more notable for surviving for so many centuries.

This great mosque of Old Delhi is the largest in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. It was begun in 1644 and ended up being the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan, the Mughal emperor who built the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort

India Gate is an awe-inspiring monument built as a war memorial honoring Indian soldiers who demonstrated remarkable courage while serving under the British Empire during World War I and Afghan Wars. Designed by renowned British architect, Edwin Lutyens, with its foundation stone being laid down in 1921 before being completed ten years later in 1931. As an architectural marvel that symbolizes sacrifice and patriotism, it stands tall as a tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for India. This monument is a lasting tribute to the bravery of Indian Army soldiers with over 13,000 names etched on its walls to honour their memory and valour.

Day 3: Delhi to Shimla+

SHIMLA ARRIVAL

There is nothing as beautiful as Shimla! From the lovers of nature to those, who are travelling across continents in search of a picture-perfect photograph, Shimla needs to be the ultimate destination. The moment you enter the town, you could feel the buzz of freshness, finery and fashion ringing in the air. capture the beauty of Himachal in your eyes as well as camera.

On arrival in Shimla check in to the hotel. Evening visit mall road which is a major attraction for tourists in Shimla, one of the best streets for visit in Shimla, where you can do some window shopping, and also can enjoy street food on mall road. Evening comes back to hotel have dinner overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Shimla Local Sightseeing+

Today, Morning, after refreshment & breakfast, leave for a full day Shimla sightseeing Tour & nearby place.

It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, 2.5 km /1.3 miles east from the Ridge, At a height of 2,455 m above sea level, Its the highest peak of Shimla, to enjoy the Shimla town view you can also take a cable car (Jakhoo rope way) its 6 minute ride from the ridge. There is also a nice theme park for children to play in the temple premises.

CHRIST CHURCH: is the second oldest church in North India, after St John's Church in Meerut. It is a parish in the Diocese of Amritsar in the Church of North India, this yellow building is visible from far across in the Shimla city, this church has appeared in famous Bollywood movie 3 Idiots and many more movies.

SHIMLA TO MANALI | KULLU LOCALS ON THE WAY

Kullu is a place where ease meets adventure. It is one of the best places in India to experience adventure sports with natural beauty. Will multiple amazing places around, Kullu is certainly the hub of Himachal travels.

PARAGLIDING: Kullu is recognized as the paragliding hub of India. Experience a bird’s eye view of the world? Paragliding at Kullu offers excellent world class facility for Paragliding and is one of the best gliding sites in the world. There is no prior experience required for trying out this adventure activity.

You can enjoy a tandem paragliding which is a two-seater joy ride where an experienced Pilot holding International tandem license and an experience of more than 5000 hours of flying does all the needful. All you have to do is sit back and taste the thrill and fun of free flight. Paragliding is a thrilling sport and gives adrenaline rush like nothing else. With a flying time of 25 – 30 minutes, you get enough time in the air to marvel at the breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar Range below, feeling the rush throughout.

WATER RAFTING: River rafting in Kullu is an all-time favorite of tourists and adventurists pouring into the region throughout the year.

You’ll arrive at the starting point and get the briefing on the activity. You must listen to this very carefully as the instructions are for ensuring that you get the best of experiences here. This will be followed by a gear check before you put it on. Then the rafts are lowered in the river and everyone climbs in it. And then, you raft. With rafting trips lasting for as short as 7 km and as long as 14 km, the thrills always remain on a high as you negotiate the rapids of the ever-torrential waters of Beas in Kullu, which further adds to the whole excitement factor of Kullu river rafting.

Day 5: Shimla to Manali via Kullu+

Travel to Manali via Kullu. Optional paragliding in Kullu, river rafting on Beas River. Visit Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu Valley, and Atal Tunnel. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 6: Manali Local Tour+

In the morning after Breakfast in hotel ready for sightseeing of places in and around Manali, You May visit Hadimba Devi temple, Manali Club House and Manu temple Apart from that also you can visit Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar and Hot Spring water after visit of these places in evening you may also visit famous place called mall road after that evening come back to the hotel overnight stay.

SAJLA WATERFALL: Sajla Waterfall, on the left bank of River Beas, is a beautiful natural waterfall at Village Sajla. It is about 10 Km from Manali. The Sajla Falls is surrounded by deodar trees, pine trees, apple orchards and spectacular snow-covered mountain peaks; this fall is a charming picnic spot. The first sight of the falls is quite hidden and will be a surprise for the visitor as the water unexpectedly rushes from a cluster of rocks. You can also enjoy a refreshing bath at this fall or you can even leisurely swim in the small pool of this falls.

One can trek up the hill to reach the top of the hill which provides a better view of the waterfall and its lovely surroundings. The short trek up the hill is fairly easy. After visiting the Sajla temple complex you can start the trek. The trek route passes through narrow lane by the side of temple and it goes through apple orchids, tall pine trees small water streams.

Day 7: Solang Valley Excursion+

After breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost.

As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

ROHTANG PASS MANALI

Rohtang Pass- a gateway to Lahaul and Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh, remains one of the most spectacular destinations in the entire Kullu region. This picturesque pass is located around 51 kms away from Manali, at a height of 3980 meters, on Manali Keylong highway. This mountain slope is so beautiful that people from every corner of the country visit this place to take part in adventure sports such as skiing, ice-skating, paragliding, etc. The Rohtang Pass is open for tourist from April to October and the permission to travel on this highway is given by the Indian Army, once they clear the snow. Just beyond the stunning Rohatng pass is the Sonapani Glacier and the twin peak of Gaypan, which is known for its panoramic view and peaceful atmosphere. People visit this spot to have some refreshing moments purely in the arms of mother nature. Some people also visit the famous Beas Kund, the source of the Beas River and a holy site for Hindus as the same is easily accessible from the Rohtang Pass. It is believed that the sage Vyas used to meditate at this site.

Day 8: Manali to Delhi+

After Breakfast in the morning, Depart from Manali to DEL Airport/Railway Station. A Journey to Remember.
